I said in my little TK maxx haul that I had done an online order for some boots bits which I picked up today at on Friday! I had a boots voucher from my birthday so treated myself to a few items, which I’ve been very good at not doing since before Christmas!
Collection Eyes Uncovered Palettes
I’ve been seeing reviews of these pop up everywhere, so when I saw that these were £2.99 reduced from £3.99 – I had to pick them up. Online only the nude grey was in stock – which would have been the “one” I’d picked… when I went into store the last ones of the shelves of the other 2 were in and I did like the colours so I picked these up aswell. I probably didn’t need to pick up nude bronze as it reminds me of my beloved make up revolution naked 2 – but these are handy and light for travel so will come in handy I’m sure! First impressions of this are good – swatches from the shop have been on my hand since lunch without budging!
Sleek Face Contour Kit in Light
I ran out of my matte bronzer a while ago and I’ve been doing without and just needed it back in my routine! I don’t like an overly contoured look as I like my face to still look like my face so picked this up in light, which is plenty dark enough for me. I’ve heard good reviews of this but have never tried myself so we’ll see how it goes!
I was obviously feeling in a bit of a blue green mood when I ordered these! Barry M had an offer of 2 for £7 across their nail lines. I’ve been seeing reviews of the new speedy line popping up everywhere, so decided to see how speedy they are! I’d not seen anything on their new plumpy topcoat – which is supposed to give that thick glossy look we love from Gel manicures. I couldn’t really see many reviews of this online, but decided to give it a whirl! I also picked up a few of their Gelly ones, a formulation i much prefer these than their nomal line.
I had to walk past the make up in the shop to get to the till, so happened to spy the essie suite retreat in their current resort collection and couldn’t resist, I don’t have anything (hand on heart – I swear!) like this my collection, it’s a powdery blurple and is perfect for a nail art idea that I’ve been dreaming up for some time which is inspired by my favourite piece of clothing!
I’ll have another haul in a few days as I placed a H&M order today after seeing a nice spring jacket in store at lunch time that wasn’t in my size, which yes I did actually need a non black jacket, and I got a few other basics which should see me through to summer as my spring wardrobe got a good clear out last year.Bee
