Superdrug Haul – January 2017

I’ve never done an online shop in Superdrug before, but I really needed to get another hair mask and it’s the only place that stocks Vatika that’s easy to get a hold of. I picked up a few other things whilst shopping too… you know to make it worth it.

Colab Dry Shampoos Paradise x 2

I picked up 2 of the new Colab dry shampoos, I LOVE stuff with Flamingos on it. And it was less than half price at £1.56 – I like the Colab formulation – whilst it isn’t my favourite I did still decided to get two bottles so I’d be made happy by flamingos for a longer period of time.

Makeup Revolution Matte Retro Lip Kits in Grandee & Royal

These have made a mini storm over the past few weeks! A dupable idea for the Kylie lip kits and only £6 for a liner and liquid lipstick. They have metallic and gloss formulas as well as the matte which I decided to just try out for now. I picked up a spare of Grandee so when I review them I’ll do a little giveaway with this. I have already got this reviewed and ready to go for a special series of posts next week, so keep your eyes peeled!

Makeup Revolution Love the Revolution Palette

This was a free GWP for spending £12 on Makeup Revolution. I’m going to keep this for the giveaway as well as I don’t need any more palettes like this, but I was almost tempted as the shade selection is actually really pretty in this palette, with a lilac pink highlight too!

Vatika Wild Cactus Hair Mask

I decided to try another of the hair masks from Vatika – I kind of regret not picking up the Egg Protein one as a back up as it’s bloody difficult to find, but was interested in this Wild Cactus one as it’s described as a deep conditioning one. My hair needs as much love as possible at the moment, the cold spell has made it super dry so hopefully this will help!

That’s all, a small haul this time! Have you tried any of these before?

I don’t know how often you go to Wilko but I always see Vatika products in mine (just a little tipπŸ˜‰).

I’ll have to check again – My local Wilko is quite small I’ve never noticed it in there, I’ve heard that it also tends to be in areas where there’s a higher population of asian communities as it’s a popular brand in countries like India and Dubai.

That might be the case then as where I live (London), I see Vatika even in supermarkets.

When I met the PR gals from Vatika when I first got some bits to try they said it’s sold in Asda/Tesco/Superdrug stores, but none of my local ones have them. Even in Peterborough which is my closest city and high asian community doesn’t have any!
