Amphora Aromatics Deodorant Review

You’ll know if you’ve been reading my blog for a while that recently I’ve been enjoying using more natural haircare and skincare where possible. I don’t think I’ll ever get to the point where I’m truly chemical free – but where possible I make the conscious decision to move more that way. So when Amphora Aromatics offered me a chance to try a Deodorant which is made from Pure essential oils and natural ingredients I said yes!

Amphora Aromatics Deodorants offer 3 different scents in their roll on, Lemongrass and Lavender, Grapefruit and Cedarwood and Beramot and Aloe. I received the latter one (asking them to surprise me as long as it wasn’t Lavender due to my allergies) and I was really pleased with their choice! The combination of Bergamot and Aloes is a fresh but sophisticated scent – I certainly don’t feel as if this smells like a bog standard deodorant either and feels like a treat in the morning and is very relaxing.

I’ve really been enjoying this over the past few weeks, normally a spray girl – I think I have been converted to roll ons from now on. I’ve used up all my sprays whilst I’ve been trying this out, and have noticed days where I have worn this, compared to days where I don’t that I get hotter and sweatier much faster – and if at all whilst using this. (My office is like a sauna, I could be sat in my underwear and it would still be way too hot).

Another thing I have noticed is that if I apply this after shaving is that any chances of ingrowing hairs and bumps seem to have reduced. I would frequently notice them before using this now I have barely any – if any at all.

I’m barely not even a quarter of the way down this so far, and I think this will prove to be great value for money. I’m sure like me you’d be thinking these must be on the pricier side compared to a spray but no. These are £4.94 and I can see this lasting me several months before I need to rebuy – and I can see me repurchasing this again (or maybe trying out the cedarwood and grapefruit!). When I last checked they had an additional 20% off too making them £3.96 – a steal I’m sure you would agree!

Sounds great! I love natural deodorants, they work so much better for me. Hadn’t heard of this brand yet but will be on the lookout for it.
