Beauty Bay Black Friday Picks – November 2018

I don’t know what’s happening with Beauty Bay but they’ve gone ahead and launched a fantastic online sale. The deals in it are Black Friday levels of good, I don’t know whether this is their sale of the month – or whether they’ll be back again for another round in Black Friday – but I couldn’t help but share some of the amazing deals that they have in. Especially as I spied some favourites heavily discounted! Now is an excellent time to do some Christmas shopping… for yourself, or others if you must.

Beauty Bay Black Friday Deals

Update: I had an email from Beauty Bay confirming that these deals are their Black Friday offers. Stocks are only available for a limited time, so if you see something on sale now it’s unlikely to be on a better deal again. There are some selected deals coming out daily e.g 50% off a product instead of 30% – but I don’t have a list of what those deals are. If you see something and the price is good, grab it now as stocks aren’t going to last all the way up until the end of next week for popular items.

A few weeks ago I did a roundup of five products from Wet N Wild – as if they weren’t cheap enough, they have all been discounted further! Not all of these ended up as favourites, but there are three products from the five I highly recommend below. I was tempted by one of their mascaras to try, but honestly, after a review of my unopened ones, I don’t need to buy a mascara in a while.

My top picks are
Wet N Wild Photofocus Foundation – Normally £6.00 – Now £4.50 – Link
Wet N Wild Megaglo Highlighters- Normally £3.75 – Now £2.81 – Link
Wet N Wild Photofocus Eyeshadow Primer – Normally £5.00 – Now £3.75 – Link
Whole Wet N Wild Range here

There are some amazing deals on Jeffree Star items, in particular the two palettes above which are some of my ultimate favourites in eyeshadows. Don’t let the bright pink in the Beauty Killer put you off, it’s a very wearable palette and Courtney is my all time favourite crease colour. Some of the liquid lips from last year’s Christmas Collection are also on sale now and the packaging of those are to die for.

Top JS Picks
Androgyny Eyeshadow Palette – Was £40- Now £27.99 – Link
Beauty Killer Eyeshadow Palette – Was £40 – Now £27.99 – Link
2017 Christmas Collection Liquid Lipsticks – Was £16 – Now £8-11.19 – Link
Core Collection Liquid Lipsticks- Was £16.00 – Now £11.19 – Link (My faves are Leo and Rose Matters)
Supreme Skin Frosts- Was £30- Now £21 – Link

I said in my Jouer Foundation Review that I wasn’t sure if I would rebuy this as the bottle size was so much smaller than normal, but this is high pigment and you need no where near as much as other high coverage foundations. I’m close to finishing up my Kat Von D, which this was a replacement for – and I decided to treat myself to this for when that finishes while it was discounted. If you like Matte, high coverage foundations give this one a try.

Jouer High Coverage Foundation- Was £34.00 – Now £23.79 – Link
Jouer High Coverage Concealer (on my wishlist) – Was £16 – Now £11.19 – Link

It’s no secret I love the Stila Magnificent Metals. I’ve treated myself to some more of the Christmas Minis – but they have full sizes and mini sets back in stock. If you don’t know where to start with these some great options are; Kitten Karma and Rose Gold Retro.

Stila Magnificent Metals – Was £24.00 – Now £16.80 – Link
Stila 3D Dazzle Mini Set – Was £29.00 – Now £20.30 – Link (3 Shades which includes Kitten Karma)

Last quick pick is go for the shade Aurora from the Lime Crime Diamond Dews – it is splendid and a steal at £11.55. There’s a few other shades left in these, grab them while you can.

Lime Crime Diamond Dew Liquid Eyeshadows – Was £16.50 – Now £11.55 – link

So now we’ve covered some favourites I’ve spotted in the sale here’s some gorgeous wishlist worthy items from me! (and are safe presents to buy me for Christmas anyone whose reading… Mum? Are you there?

ABH Modern Renaissance Eyehshadow Palette- Was £43.00 – Now £34.39 – Link

Hopefully you enjoyed that edit of picks, the sale is moving fast so I’d recommend if you see something, grab it while you can. The sale is for a limited time only and only whilst stocks last. Let me know what you pick up, whether it’s to yourself or whether it’s some Christmas shopping for someone else.

Happy shopping!

  1. I still haven’t tried the WnW Photofocus foundation – need to try that eventually. I did get a sample of the WnW eyeshadow primer and it doesn’t work for my lids unfortunately (that’s not saying much, even Make Up For Ever eye primer doesn’t work for me!)

As tempting as these deals are, I’m holding out for Black Friday sales! I’m hoping to get something from Juvia’s Place or Jouer off Beauty Bay… hmm but I see The Nubian palette is on sale right now for C$35.70! TEMPTING… dammit, Rachael!

    1. When I looked at the Sale offers for Black Friday everything was a similar price to things I’d picked out before, they tend to stick with a 30% off when they’re doing their big sales and promotions. So there’s two ways to look at it, either you won’t lose out on much by waiting or the same deal might be back again in a week or two (if they run it again!)
I really want a Juvia’s Place palette, the masquerade one is calling my name!

  2. Thank you for mentioning Wet N Wild! I recently went to Boots and saw their aisle as well as E.L.F. Excited isn’t even the word but I didn’t know where to begin and wanted to do some research first on what people thought was good. I will be looking for that eyeshadow primer because I’m at that point in my life where I’m finally getting round to playing with eyeshadow but not yet ready to spend $$$ on an eyeshadow primer, something I wouldn’t normally use everyday.

    1. I love the Wet N Wild primer – I don’t like it any less than my Urban Decay one! I’ve been very impressed by it. The highlights are gorgeous, I ended up ordering the shade I didn’t have already alongside my foundation as the formula is so nice. It can be built up to something more intense or have that nice natural glow. Boots is a little bit more expensive than Beauty Bay overall e.g the highlighters are 3.75 at their non discounted price, but are 4.99 on boots!
