I know, I know, I know – I did say that I was cutting my beauty box purchases to just one a month, but I stumbled across a review of the Look Incredible box in January and it offered all the things I normally dislike about most other boxes. Full size products – all full size products. At £18.99, it’s a little steeper compared to the likes of Glossybox and Birchbox (£12.95) – but it comes in a fair whack cheaper than Cohorted boxes (£30) which offers a similar type of beauty box and the same kinds of brands.
1. Fusion Beauty IllumiCover Concealer – Full Size £18.99
I’ve never heard of the brand fusion before so I was really intrigued to have this brand in my box. Claiming to be lightweight and brightening this sounds like it will be perfect under dark circles and under the eyes to brighten up the complexion. I’ve had to email Look Incredible… I’ve been twisting this up for an hour and still no product, I’ll report back on this!
2. Essie Let It Shine Topcoat – Full Size £9.99
I’ve not heard of this particular Essie topcoat, and as a big fan of essie in general – I was pleased to see an untried item from Essie in the box. Designed to seal and protect your nails, the formula is made with strong polymers and resins for a mani with super shine and strength.
3. bareMinerals Warmth – Full size £20.00
I finally have a base product from bare minerals to try – warmth is described as being a pot to create endless summer – an all over face colour to add a rich glow to your complexion. This looks way too dark for me to use now, but I’ll look forward to using this when the sunshine arrives!
4. Estee Lauder Pure Colour Lipstick in Hot Kiss – Full Size £21.99
Not a shade that I gravitate towards normally – hot kiss is a deep brown with underlying red and rose tones – with a slight metallic sheen to it. This is a shade that I will try, but if it doesn’t work out for me – this has my mums name written all over it!
5. Nars Single Eyeshadow in Grenadines – Full Size £18.00
Probably not a shade I would have picked, but equally it’s a shade I’m intrigued to try. Grenadines is a matte shadow between a deep pink and red, swatched it comes off much more brown in. I think this would be really nice shade paired with MACs cranberry shadow for a deep red smokey eye.

That Nars eye shadow swatches completely different than how it looks in the pan! Totally a wearable shade. You could still wear it as a blush if you wanted. 😛

Yes when it came and it said eyeshadow I thought okay, I can probably find a use for this – I think it’s been discontinued which is how it’s ended up in this box, isn’t surprising though because I can imagine people don’t gravitate towards it!
