The Melt Crowd September 2015 Review

Well this was a surprise when it landed through my door whilst I loved my first ‘The Melt Crowd‘ box last month (you can read that here). I did mean to cancel it, but I must have forgot.

So far I’ve only used 3 of the melts from 8 (they just last so damn long!) – so I was no where near finishing the ones which I already had! Never the less, I have been enjoying using them and when people have been round my house whilst they’ve been burning – they’ve commented how nice it smelt. So I wasn’t annoyed to receive them, just surprised!

These are proving a much more economical way of burning candles. With a 30 hour ‘burn’ time each – a whole box of these will give you 240 hours of burn time, which is much more than any candle. So £10 for the set is very reasonable.

September’s Melt Crowd is a nice mix of fresh summery scents as well as some warmer ones to start bringing the cool weather in (although we’ve had that since mid August!)

Containing

Jamaican Cafe and Walnut
Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon Peel
Creme Brûlée
Rose and Marshmallow
Lemon and Lime Mojito
Earl Grey Tea and Cucumber
White Lilac and Rhubarb
Candy Floss

I’m really looking forward to using Creme Brûlée and White Lilac & Rhubarb – but they all smell delicious this month, there’s not one which I don’t think I’ll be keen on!

I have decided to definitely cancel next months box, I am going on holiday shortly and stand no chance of using all of the 13 that I have. These will probably see me through right until Christmas, which will probably be a good time to resubscribe for a month to get some nice festive scents for the Christmas period right until spring.

These really look and sound amazing… I’ve just started using melts and cannot believe how long they last, it’s taking me forever to get through just one of them!!! It would take me an entire year to get through this lot lol Karen xo

Haha I know, I’m sad to unsubscribe because I don’t want to miss out on the beautiful scents that keep arriving at my door. Hopefully I’ll have them burning more often now it’s wintery! Xx
