In addition to my can’t stop shopping post, when I said I had to go return a few items to new look, I stopped en-route to pick up a few bits at Boots.
Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara – Dramatic Eyes Set
My all time HG mascara, I was about to run out and spotted this set online, I decided to pick it up whilst I still could. Also containing a half size eyeliner, which I used to use religiously, lost, and never repurchased, so I’m glad to have this back again. and a 30ml of the Bi-Facil make up remover, which I’ve never tried and looking forward to giving ago, as everything I have tried from Lancome I have loved.
This is the same price as the normal mascara – £22.50, so makes a great little bargain to pick up these extras at this time of year. When it comes to the sales after christmas, I will be seeing if these are available and snapping as many of them up as possible.
They had a few different mascara sets for Lancome, including one featuring 3 extra Minatures. They had the sets for most of the mascaras, so If you’ve been looking to try a high end mascara – nows the time to get better value for money.
Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stains
These are a new release from Revlon, and have been pretty much raved about in every review that I have seen so far. All the colours in the line are colours I could get a lot of use out of and I had a hard time choosing, and naturally as all Revlon was on 3 for 2, I picked up 3. Top to bottom are Parisian Passion, Barcelona Nights and Rio Rush.
Not worn yet, but a swatch on my hand suggests that they look quite glossy, but don’t have the stickiness that I normally dislike in a gloss, can’t wait to play!
