A short and sweet review today as there’s not too much to say about this polish. I love the name of this polish, unsurprisingly this came from the OPI Holland 2012 collection. OPI’s I Don’t Give A Rotterdam a bit of a funny colour, next to blues and when it’s sunny it definitely looks more blue, but by itself with any other outfit it looks more grey. It’s packed full of silver shimmer.
The formulation is quite thin, and needed 3 thin coats as it looked a bit on the patchy side with 2. It looked okay without the topcoat, having quite a glossy finish, but I added one anyway. It doesn’t seem to have amazing lasting power, The tips wore quite quickly, didn’t do much after that point.
I wore this to a wedding last weekend with a dusty blue dress. My dress had a blue, pink and silver gemstone neckline and on the way to the wedding we stopped in at TK Maxx (my boyfriend wanted pink socks to wear with his navy suit – I don’t know why), and I spotted this Liverpool Street by Nails Inc which matched pretty well with the gemstones, so I added an accent nail en-route! (Expect a full review of this coming up!)
The accent nail wore off much quicker that the other polish, pictured below is after 4 days, the rest of the polish was holding up pretty well until a few hours before.
Despite this being from a 2012 collection – I have seen in many shops since discounted so you can still get your hands on it if desired!
